Yes! Many of our personalized gifts are designed to include names, dates, or custom details. If personalization is available, you’ll see those options directly on the product page.
Can I request something fully custom?
In many cases, yes. We love creating custom laser engraved gifts that are meaningful and one-of-a-kind. Send us a message with your idea, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
How long will it take to make my order?
Please note: The timelines below are general guidelines and may vary based on order volume, product availability, and customization complexity.
- In-stock, non-personalized items: ship within 3 business days
- In-stock, personalized items: ship within 5 business days
- Out-of-stock or custom orders: 10+ business days

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only
How does shipping work?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please note that once a package leaves our hands and is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for shipping delays, transit times, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
Can I pick up my order at a show?
If we’re attending an upcoming event, you may request delivery at a show. Just contact us ahead of time to coordinate, and we’ll do our best to bring your order with us.
What are your products made from?
We primarily work with high-quality wood, acrylic, and other durable materials. Each piece is laser cut, laser engraved, and carefully finished by hand.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly—and that’s part of the beauty of handcrafted work.
Natural wood grain, color variation, and slight differences in engraving are expected and make each piece unique. No two items will ever be identical, and these variations are considered part of the design—not defects.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is made to order or produced in small batches, so we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, we may not be able to modify your order.
